Academic Certification

The Academy's curriculums and training programs are based on a grade system in which certain grade exams must be passed for the qualifications and entitlements to the Academy Titles as well as title promotions and other entitlements and privileges. The exams, completely different from current medical proficiency tests, contain certain types of questions in certain formats whose features and scorings are totally unique and unprecedented in the science of medicine. The exams are prepared to test and evaluate the medical professional knowledge in the most accurate and realistic way the conventional medical proficiency tests are unable to achieve fully. There are four grades of exams. Passing each grade entitles the candidate to the relevant official Academy title and degree with a wide range of Academic privileges.

This is the junior Academy member grade taken by senior students and interns. Passing the exam gives the candidates the Junior Academy Membership entitling them to become Junior Academy members (Junior Academicians). With the Grade I certificate, junior Academicians also become entitled to take the Grade II Exam after a certain period of time. The Grade I Exam is held twice a year internationally. Each time the exam is held, the top three candidates who draw the highest three scores in the test get awarded with money prizes; the 1st: €15,000, the 2nd: €10,000 and the 3rd €5,000.

This is the first part of the full Academy membership entitlement exams (Grade II and III). With the Grade II certificate, applicants get entitled to take the Grade III Exam after a certain period of time. The Grade II Exam is held twice a year internationally.

This is the final part of the Membership entitlement exams (Grade II and III) to earn the full Academy membership. Successful candidates become full members of the Academy with the MWAMS degree and title. With the Grade III certificate, applicants get entitled to take the Grade IV Exam after a certain period of time. The Grade III Exam is held twice a year internationally.

This is the highest grade Academy exam which offers the entitlement to Academy fellowship. It is an ultimately difficult test to pass. Its success rate is quite low and applicants must meet some certain requirements before applying for it. Successful candidates become fellows of the Academy with the FWAMS degree and title. The Grade IV Exam is once a year internationally.
