Dr. Felicia Tshite is the Chairwoman of the WAMS South African Republic Council, Fellow of the Academy, Member of WAMS Executive Council, member of WAMS Academy Faculty & General Council, Director of WAMS Public Relations, Director of WAMS Corporate Communications, and Director of WAMS International Media Relations.

She achieved both her BSC degree and Medical degree (MBChB) from Medical University of South Africa and a Management Advancement Program Degree from Wits Business school.

She is a medical doctor with special interest in ENT- Head and neck surgery and Aesthetics and Soon to complete her masters in ENT-Head and neck surgery.

Her passion lies in innovation within medicine and her dream is to redefine health image.

Felicia is an Entrepreneur & an aspiring industrialist. She calls herself Dream Doctor because of her visionary mind and by living a purposeful life she believes in an inspiring destiny full of greatness.

In 2014, when she started her masters’ registrar time in ENT, she also started a clothing brand called Dream Doctor Collection. She was inspired by her surgical training and her colleagues loved her idea of changing the image of scrubs they wore in theatre.

It gave all of them hope and confidence and it was interesting how patient’s trust towards doctors looking descent was more inclined than normal.

The collection includes branded fashionable medical scrubs (for doctors, nurses, medical students and all healthcare professionals ), clinical coats, daily health wear and soon to expand to patients-wear, linen, theatre gowns, health admin, shoes, accessories etc.

Her main aim is to reinstate pride & dignity in humanity, starting with Health fraternity.

Giving back & paying forward drives her passion. She is born Philanthropist. She enjoys coaching & mentoring scholars (mainly those from disadvantaged backgrounds like her ) who want to study medicine.

Her dream is to see them through the best medical schools, mold them into world-class medics and watch them inspire a better future- true Dream Doctor Diamonds.

She wishes to build structures of medical excellence in her country called “House of Dream Doctor”, where the clothing, the medical books, the innovation, the research etc and mainly hope will emerge from.

Adding to these structures, it’s only mandatory to have the very best ENT-Head & Neck surgery & Oncology center in her country, after completing her masters & fellowship.
