Dr. Teresa Mirta D’Ambra, MD
Chairwoman of the WAMS Argentinian Council, Member of the Academy Faculty, Fellow of the Academy, Member of the WAMS Executive Council.
Dr. D’Ambra is a Specialist in Pediatrics, Neonatology and Public Health from the University of Buenos Aires. She is the Former Head of Assistance Section – Program Area – Argerich Hospital, Auditor of the Federal Program “Include Health” – Province of Buenos Aires, Professor of Hospital Unit – Argerich Hospital associated to UBA, Professor of Pediatrics – Argerich Hospital, Head of Practical Work for the specialty Public Health, Head of Pediatric Residency – Inter-American Open University. Dr. D’Ambra has presented in national and international congresses: «Drugs, Tobacco and Alcohol in Secondary Students in Public and Private Schools», she has had participation in conferences and seminars as coordinator and exhibitor. Dr. D’Ambra is a Professor of non-governmental Institutions for the Prevention of Family Violence, Professor of Pediatrics at the Institute Junín for Argentinian Doctors and Neighboring Countries, which provides with examination to enter the residences since 2017. She is a Medical Consultant of Intoxications and Early Warnings at the Matanza – Riachuelo basin since 2010.
